PEFC certified cross laminated timber, (CLT) used to build a ground-breaking specialist school in the London Borough of Hackney.
This project won the Winner of Winners Award at the Structural Timber Awards 2017. In line with Hackney's timber first approach, it is the world's largest load bearing cross laminated timber building.
A building awarded a high BREEAM excellent rating, incorporates a reduction in embodied carbon of construction, recycled content and responsible sourcing of material through PEFC.
